The Attorney General of Missouri is aggressively pursuing lawsuits and agreements to cease kratom sales, even though kratom remains legal and unregulated in the state. This campaign, which began with a statewide investigation in November 2025 and expanded to target retailers, has already resulted in several companies, including The Green Dragon, LLC, American Shaman, and EDP Kratom, agreeing to stop selling all kratom and 7-OH products.
